Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ingredients: 1 1/2 c Finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies 2 To 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 3 Eggs 2 ts Vanilla extract 1 c Mini chocolate chips 1 ts Flour Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. |
